Sugarcane Rhumbar showcases an amazing new selection of Australian inspired drinks — native bush ingredients muddled, mixed, shaken and stirred to create a unique Australian juice or cocktail. Through our support of local farmers and growers, we are able to source rare tropical fruits including mangoes, lychees and dragonfruit — our bartenders then skilfully create great cocktails and juices to quench your thirst — a unique tropical experience.

Enjoy some inspiring Tapas with a glass of supurb wine, one of our boutique beers or from the wide selection of Australian and imported rums.

Conveniently located close to the Bushfire flame grill, a great place to watch the world go by or simply relax in the ambience of the local history theme.

The inspiration for Sugarcane Rhumbar was to capture and complement opposing elements.

Guests will enjoy an eclectic / diverse experience. Everyday cocktails are not the norm at Sugarcane, because we’ve created a unique selection of drinks using native ingredients including local, rare tropical fruits.

Boring bar nibbles have been discarded and replaced with Spanish-inspired Tapas, but with an Australian twist such as local prawns on sugar cane skewers basted with Bundaberg rum.

The décor brings together many different elements:
