The Thrill of the Grill ignites Australia’s best beef. We source our premium beef from cattle stations in Queensland and the Northern Territory. The cattle breeds are produced from crossing Santa Gertrudis with Charolais, Senepol and/or Angus. The cattle are reared on natural grasses and finished on quality grains for a minimum of 120 days to ensure premium quality beef. All our beef is aged to perfection and is guaranteed to have the best flavour, tenderness and consistency.
